Coptotermes are one of the most aggressive termites in SE Queensland and can cause up to $1000 a week in damage. This is a sub colony that has come from the main colony in the subfloor of the home. There are multiple colonies in and around this home and they have already caused thousands of dollars worth of structural damage including cutting off electricity in areas.
